Cut Your Own Directory Enrollment Form

To get your farm listed in the MNCTA Cut Your Own directory, just fill out the form below.  This form is used to gather information for the website listing and the printed brocher listing.  Please keep in mind there is a 500 character limit for the Services & Activities & Directions field.  When the limit is reached, you will not be able to type any additional information.  The directions will only be included on the brochure not in the web listing.  Please review your entry, as we do not edit them.  What you type is what will appear.  If you have any questions or concerns, pleae direct them to webmaster@mncta.com.

If you are want an enhanced website listing, the pictures and/or coupon information is due as follows:  For Winter by December 1st, Spring by March 1st, Summer by May 1st and Fall by Serptember 1st.  All pictures and coupon information should be e-mailed to webmaster@mncta.com

Basic listing is $100.00 and enhanced listings are an additional $25.00 per quarter.
